1.1.1. The AfriVision website is managed and operated by Keepgo, with connectivity services being supplied by the same entity.<\/p>

1.1.2. These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, shall apply to all services rendered by AfriVision in connection with the prepaid eSIM profiles provisioning to Clients.
By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “website”) and\/or by completing an order, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below and the privacy statement.<\/p>

1.2.1. The Client may be required to create an account to use the AfriVision’s services. The Client agrees to provide accurate information during registration.<\/p>

1.2.2. \u05dc\u05e7\u05d5\u05d7\u05d5\u05ea \u05d0\u05d7\u05e8\u05d0\u05d9\u05dd \u05dc\u05e9\u05de\u05d5\u05e8 \u05e2\u05dc \u05e1\u05d5\u05d3\u05d9\u05d5\u05ea \u05e4\u05e8\u05d8\u05d9 \u05d4\u05d7\u05e9\u05d1\u05d5\u05df \u05e9\u05dc\u05d4\u05dd \u05d5\u05dc\u05db\u05dc \u05d4\u05e4\u05e2\u05d9\u05dc\u05d5\u05d9\u05d5\u05ea \u05d4\u05de\u05ea\u05e8\u05d7\u05e9\u05d5\u05ea \u05d1\u05de\u05e1\u05d2\u05e8\u05ea \u05d7\u05e9\u05d1\u05d5\u05e0\u05dd.<\/p>

1.3. \u05e4\u05bc\u05b0\u05e8\u05b8\u05d8\u05b4\u05d9\u05d5\u05bc\u05ea<\/b><\/p>

1.3.1. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of Client’s personal information. By using our services, the Client agrees to our Privacy Policy.<\/p>

1.4. \u05e1\u05d9\u05d5\u05dd \u05d5\u05d4\u05e9\u05e2\u05d9\u05d4<\/b><\/p>

1.4.1. AfriVision reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services without notice at any time due to the occurrence of an event arising from network collapse or cessation of maintenance provision.<\/p>

1.4.2. In using the Services provided by AfriVision, the Client must not engage in any abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions or take any actions that could impair or damage the Network. When the Client breaches this obligation, AfriVision may suspend the Client’s use of the Service.<\/p>

1.4.3. All bundles offered by AfriVision are intended exclusively for use by human Clients. These bundles must not be utilized within any automated system. In situations where usage within automated systems or by non-human entities is requested, the Client must contact Customer Support and request special bundles. Any violation of this usage restriction may lead to the termination of the agreement.<\/p>

1.5. \u05de\u05d3\u05d9\u05e0\u05d9\u05d5\u05ea \u05d5\u05d4\u05e0\u05d7\u05d9\u05d5\u05ea \u05dc\u05d4\u05d7\u05d6\u05e8\u05d9\u05dd \u05d5\u05d1\u05d9\u05d8\u05d5\u05dc\u05d9\u05dd<\/b><\/p>

1.5.1. \u05d4\u05d7\u05d6\u05e8\u05d9\u05dd \u05d6\u05de\u05d9\u05e0\u05d9\u05dd \u05dc\u05dc\u05e7\u05d5\u05d7\u05d5\u05ea \u05d1\u05db\u05dc \u05e2\u05ea. \u05e0\u05d9\u05ea\u05df \u05dc\u05e4\u05ea\u05d5\u05e8 \u05d0\u05ea \u05e8\u05d5\u05d1 \u05d4\u05d1\u05e2\u05d9\u05d5\u05ea \u05d1\u05de\u05d9\u05d9\u05dc.<\/p>

1.5.2. After the refund is processed it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to show on the Client’s payment card statement (if the payment was made via credit card). Via PayPal, it takes several minutes after issuing a refund. Refunds are issued to the same payment method (i.e. credit card or PayPal) used to make the purchase.<\/p>

1.5.3. All refunds (except crypto payments) are subject to a 10% fee due to credit card and other payment system charges and processing resources required to provide a product and then cancel it and issue a refund.<\/p>

1.5.4. AfriVision may offer data in an amount equal to what the Client paid for any accidental purchases.<\/p>

1.5.6. AfriVision reserves the right to terminate services at any time. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.<\/p>

1.5.7. \u05ea\u05e9\u05dc\u05d5\u05de\u05d9 \u05e7\u05e8\u05d9\u05e4\u05d8\u05d5 \u05d0\u05d9\u05e0\u05dd \u05e0\u05d9\u05ea\u05e0\u05d9\u05dd \u05dc\u05d4\u05d7\u05d6\u05e8.<\/p>

1.5.8. \u05e8\u05e9\u05ea\u05d5\u05ea \u05e0\u05ea\u05de\u05db\u05d5\u05ea \u05dc\u05ea\u05e9\u05dc\u05d5\u05de\u05d9 \u05e7\u05e8\u05d9\u05e4\u05d8\u05d5: Ethereum, Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche C-Chain, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum One.<\/p>

1.5.9. Supported cryptocurrencies: ‘USDT (TRC20)’, ‘BTC’, ‘DAI’, ‘AXS (ERC20)’, ‘DASH’, ‘DOGE’, ‘ETH’, ‘LTC’, ‘TUSD (ERC20)’, ‘USDC (ERC20)’, ‘USDT (ERC20)’, ‘XRP’, ‘TRX’, ‘AXS (TRC20)’, ‘HT
(TRC20)’, ‘ETH (TRC20)’, ‘ETH (BEP20)’, ‘DAI (BEP20)’, ‘USDT (BEP20)’, ‘DESU (BEP20)’, ‘ADA (BEP20)’, ‘USDC (BEP20)’, ‘BTCB (BEP20)’, ‘CSC’. Please note that there is a minimum limit for the payment for each cryptocurrency.<\/p>

2. \u05ea\u05d5\u05db\u05e0\u05d9\u05ea \u05e9\u05d5\u05ea\u05e4\u05d9\u05dd<\/b><\/p>

2.1. By joining the AfriVision Affiliate Program, the Affiliate Partner will recommend to their users AfriVision eSIM products through their unique affiliate link.<\/p>

2.2. \u05d9\u05e9 \u05dc\u05d4\u05e9\u05ea\u05de\u05e9 \u05d1\u05e7\u05d9\u05e9\u05d5\u05e8 \u05d4\u05e9\u05d5\u05ea\u05e4\u05d9\u05dd \u05d4\u05d9\u05d9\u05d7\u05d5\u05d3\u05d9 \u05dc\u05de\u05e2\u05e7\u05d1 \u05d0\u05d7\u05e8 \u05de\u05db\u05d9\u05e8\u05d5\u05ea \u05d5\u05dc\u05d4\u05e7\u05e6\u05d0\u05ea \u05e2\u05de\u05dc\u05d5\u05ea \u05d1\u05d4\u05ea\u05d0\u05dd.<\/p>

2.3. The Affiliate Partner will earn a commission from the net revenue generated through purchases made using their affiliate link. Partners must accumulate a minimum of USD 25 in commissions before a payout is made. If the commission balance is below USD 25, the amount will roll over to the following month.<\/p>

2.5. \u05de\u05e9\u05ea\u05de\u05e9\u05d9\u05dd \u05e9\u05d9\u05e8\u05db\u05e9\u05d5 \u05de\u05d5\u05e6\u05e8\u05d9 eSIM \u05d0\u05d5 \u05d9\u05de\u05dc\u05d0\u05d5 \u05de\u05d7\u05d3\u05e9 \u05d0\u05ea \u05de\u05d5\u05e6\u05e8\u05d9 \u05d4-eSIM \u05e9\u05dc\u05d4\u05dd \u05d9\u05e7\u05d1\u05dc\u05d5 \u05d4\u05e0\u05d7\u05d4 \u05d1\u05e7\u05d5\u05e4\u05d4.<\/p>

2.6. AfriVision reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time. Any such modifications will be communicated to the Affiliate Partner in writing at
\u05dc\u05e4\u05d7\u05d5\u05ea \u05d7\u05de\u05d9\u05e9\u05d4 \u05d9\u05de\u05d9\u05dd \u05dc\u05e4\u05e0\u05d9 \u05d9\u05d9\u05e9\u05d5\u05de\u05dd.<\/p>

2.7. AfriVision reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Partner’s participation in the Affiliate Program under the following conditions:
- \u05d0\u05dd \u05d4\u05e9\u05d5\u05ea\u05e3 \u05d4\u05de\u05e1\u05d5\u05e0\u05e3 \u05de\u05e4\u05e8 \u05ea\u05e0\u05d0\u05d9 \u05db\u05dc\u05e9\u05d4\u05d5 \u05e9\u05dc \u05d4\u05e1\u05db\u05dd \u05d6\u05d4.
– If the Affiliate Partner engages in any activity that is harmful to AfriVision brand or business.<\/p>

2.8. To commence participation in the AfriVision Affiliate Program, the Affiliate Partner must accept the invitation to join via the Affiliate Portal.<\/p>

2.9. The Affiliate Partner will receive an email notification from AfriVision upon the first product purchase made through their affiliate link.<\/p>

2.10. The Affiliate Partner can track their commissions at any time using the online daily reports provided by AfriVision.<\/p>

2.11. AfriVision provides access to an API for the Affiliate Partner to use.<\/p>

2.12. The Affiliate Partner agrees to use the provided tools and resources in compliance with AfriVision guidelines and policies. Misuse or unauthorized use of the Affiliate Toolbar, reports, or API may result in the termination of the affiliate agreement.<\/p>

2.13. AfriVision will provide necessary technical support and assistance to help the Affiliate Partner effectively use the Affiliate Toolbar, access reports, and integrate the API.<\/p>

3. \u05ea\u05d5\u05db\u05e0\u05d9\u05ea \u05d4\u05e4\u05e0\u05d9\u05d4<\/b><\/p>

3.1. By participating in the AfriVision Referral Program, the Partner (hereinafter referred to as “Advocate”) can earn free data for every person who purchases their first AfriVision product using the Advocate’s unique referral link.<\/p>

3.6. For any issues or further assistance, the Advocate and the referred friend can contact AfriVision support at afrivision@ikaze-africa.org.<\/p>

3.7. The Advocate agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the AfriVision Referral Program. Misuse or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of rewards.<\/p>

3.8. AfriVision reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Referral Program at any time. Any such modifications will be communicated to the Advocate in writing at least 5 days

AfriVision makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, AfriVision does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.<\/p>

4.2. Network operators in countries could be changed by the AfriVision without notice.<\/p>

5. \u05d4\u05d2\u05d1\u05dc\u05d5\u05ea<\/b><\/p>

5.1. In no event shall AfriVision or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of
the use or inability to use the materials on AfriVision Internet site, even if AfriVision has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.<\/p>

AfriVision does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. AfriVision may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. AfriVision does not, however, make any commitment to update the
